In the past she has served on statewide professional advisory boards for children and families. She has also overseen the development of statewide and nationally award winning programs for intellectually challenged and emotionally disturbed children and their families. She has coauthored numerous professional materials for working with intellectually challenged and emotionally disturbed children and their families. Dr. Taylor also directed an intensive psychotherapy treatment program for severely emotionally disturbed children and families, managed preschool, children and adolescent psychiatric partial programs and provided clinical supervision for master's and doctoral level psychotherapists.
